To qualify, you need to:
- Hold equity as a founder, owner or CEO
- Operate within the four‑county Central New Mexico region
- Have run your business since at least 2019
- Reported $2 million–$100 million in 2024 revenues

You’ll contribute through two 45‑minute confidential interviews and a brief weekly audio journal capturing any high‑risk decisions you faced — designed to fit smoothly into a busy leader’s schedule.
