University of New Mexico to honor veterans on Nov. 11

The UNM Alumni Veterans Day Celebration and Remembrance will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 11, in the UNM Alumni Memorial Chapel on campus.

This year’s ceremony features remarks from UNM President Garnett S. Stokes and a keynote address from Colonel Jim R. Keene, U.S. Army (Ret.), a proud UNM graduate whose distinguished career spans more than three decades of military service and musical achievement.

This celebration is free and open to the public. We hope you’ll join this special tribute to the veterans who continue to inspire our Lobo community.
