THE FUTURE IS NOW: Esparza Digital + Advertising discusses trends within artificial intelligence

On Dec. 9, Del Esparza, Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce Board Immediate Past Chair and CEO of Esparza Digital + Advertising, led a webinar about artificial intelligence and how it’s rewriting the rules of marketing.

Esparza and VP of Brand Strategy Heather Apodaca gave examples of how to unlock practical, real-world ways to integrate AI into daily workflow.

Key points included the evolution of AI, from Watson in 2011 to ChatGPT in 2022, and its impact on business processes.

The webinar detailed 10 practical AI uses: image generation, video creation, voiceover generation, audience research, automating written work, strategic ideation, AI agents, subject matter expert interviews, updating video assets and AI search optimization.

Legal considerations, such as data protection and ownership, were also discussed, along with ethical AI marketing principles and future AI integration strategies.
