Chamber Ribbon Cutting: Amaran/Montessori One Academy

The Chamber last week hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for a new Montessori-based senior living facility in Northwest Albuquerque and a grand opening of a new Nido wing of the Montessori One Academy designed to serve young infants and toddlers. The growth of this intergenerational complex was celebrated by Chamber Board members, business and community leaders, as well as elected officials like New Mexico House Majority Floor Leader Rep. Sheryl Williams Stapleton and representatives from Mayor Tim Keller, U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich, and U.S. Rep. Debra Haaland’s offices.

Together with children and families from Montessori One Academy, representatives from the Chamber were on hand to celebrate these milestones, tour the custom-designed Nido building, enjoy catering from The Acre, musical entertainment, and the opportunity to celebrate the growth and success of two more innovative Albuquerque businesses making a positive impact on the community.
