During the Annual Meeting, the Chamber recognized a milestone for one of its members.
GACC chair Peter Lorenz and Terri Cole, GACC president and CEO, acknowledged Molzen Corbin’s 50 year of membership.
“Fifty years of partnership. Fifty years of commitment to our business community. Fifty years of believing in what we can accomplish together,” Lorenz said. “Molzen Corbin has been more than a member — they’ve been a cornerstone of our engineering community and a steadfast champion of Albuquerque’s growth.”
Lorenz brought up Del Archuleta and Kevin Eades of Molzen Corbin to accept the honor.
Molzen Corbin is an engineering and architecture company that has nearly 100 employees across offices in Albuquerque, Las Cruces and El Paso. On the civil side the company does airport work, transportation work, and drainage work on the water resources. On the electrical side, there are power instrumentation controls. On the architectural side, the company designs fire stations, police stations, gymnasiums and city centers.
Archuleta, who began with Molzen Corbin in 1975, said it’s an honor being involved with the Chamber for so long because the work is about looking out for all of us in New Mexico to try to attain a better quality of life.
“It’s been an honor for me, and I am so thankful for this recognition,” Archuleta said.
Eades was honored with the recognition and talked about the Chamber’s annual New Mexico Roadrunners trip, which he chairs, and will take its annual trip in April 2026.
“We are a group of business owners and advocates from the Albuquerque area, and once a year, we jump on a bus and we drive throughout New Mexico, usually to a corner of the state, and we share our mission with them,” Eades said. “We want New Mexico to be a place where you can raise a family and that you can start and grow a business. So we go out and spread that word, and at the same time, we ask that they spread it with us.”
The two-day trip in spring 2026 will take place in the southeast part of the state, hit Roswell, Artesia, then into Hobbs, into Portales, back up to Tucumcari.
“We usually set up some awesome tours, so it’s a great trip to network and then advocate for what the Chamber stands for,” Eades said.

Mike Canfield, Valiant Consulting Group president and CEO, then recognized two new Chamber members — Quantinuum and Grand Canyon University.
Canfield thanked both Dr. Zachary Vernon of Quantinuum and Veronica Perez and Melanie Chavez of Grand Canyon University.
“Thank you to these two new members for being a part of our community and team here at the Chamber and helping us achieve our mission,” Canfield said.
