GETTING IN ON THE FUN: Albuquerque Public School children create art for voting stickers

Voters heading to the polls this year will once again have a fun way to celebrate casting their ballot, with “I Voted” stickers designed by Albuquerque Public Schools (APS) art students.

The Bernalillo County Clerk’s Office received more than 200 sticker designs from APS students in last year’s contest. To showcase more of their creativity, six new designs from that collection have been added to the lineup, joining several favorites from the 2024 General Election.

“The creativity and effort these students put into their designs was amazing,” says Clerk Michelle S. Kavanaugh. “We wanted to highlight more of their artwork and continue sharing their talent with the community.”
