I-25 UPDATE: Ramp Closure on Montgomery Boulevard beginning Sept. 3

Beginning the night of Sept. 3, 2024, the westbound Montgomery Boulevard loop ramp to southbound Interstate 25 in Albuquerque will be permanently closed as part of the I-25 Improved Project.

Moving forward, westbound drivers will need to turn left onto the frontage road to access southbound I-25. To help manage the anticipated increase in traffic turning left, crews will be adding an additional left-turn lane to accommodate traffic.
