LEADERSHIP ABQ: Meet the Class of 2024!

On Tuesday, the Leadership Albuquerque Class of 2024 met for their first full program day dedicated to economic development.

The group gathered at Wagner Equipment for talks from a wide variety of experts: CNM President Tracy Hartzler on workforce development; architect Dale Dekker of Dekker/Perich/Sabatini on the unique opportunities and challenges facing New Mexico’s economy; Economic Development Department Deputy Cabinet Secretary Jon Clark on state efforts to create jobs and grow the economy; and others.

Big thanks to Wagner Equipment Vice President Brian Rothe and his team for hosting the class and their many speakers today!

And now, we’re pleased to introduce the members of the Leadership Albuquerque Class of 2024! Through Leadership Albuquerque, we seek to develop knowledgeable and engaged civic leaders. This cohort will take part in over nine months of experiential classroom learning, professional training, and service to the community.

Congratulations to each of our participants for embarking on this journey with us, and thank you to the businesses and organizations who are invested in the development of their top talent!
