ON THE MOVE: Fidelity Investments opens space at Winrock Town Center

Fidelity Investments had a ribbon cutting for its new location at Winrock Town Center at 2100 Louisiana Blvd. NE on July 15.

It took months for the building to become a reality.

This week, on July 15, Fidelity Investments, a financial services firm, opened its newest Albuquerque location at 2100 Louisiana Blvd. NE.

The new space is where the former Macaroni Grill site was at Winrock Town Center.

Hart Construction and Modulus Architects are behind the 8,000-square-foot building.

According to Leean Kravitz, vice president of public affairs and policy at Fidelity Investments, due to the demand for services the company outgrew its old space at 2261 Q. St. NE.

Fidelity’s team consists of 33 full-time employees.

Established in 1946, the company is one of the largest asset managers in the world, with $4.9 trillion in assets under management, and, as of December 2023, $12.6 trillion in assets under administration.

Fidelity Investments has been a Leadership Circle member since 2008.
