COVID-19 Video Update #21 – Visit Albuquerque President and CEO Tania Armenta

From time to time during the COVID-19 public health emergency, we will be sending video messages from community leaders that provide Albuquerque-area businesses with information, perspectives, and updates about the spread of the virus, mitigation strategies, directives, and resources.

Please take a moment to watch the video below from Tania Armenta, President and CEO of Visit Albuquerque on the impact of COVID-19 on Albuquerque’s tourism industry and the role tourism will play in the city’s economic recovery.

This video reflects information available as it is known currently; of course, this health emergency and the responses to it continue to rapidly evolve.

The Chamber extends our sincere appreciation to Ms. Armenta for taking the time to update us today, and we extend our appreciation to all those who are working to make our city and state a global destination for tourism and business.
