COVID-19 Video Update #9 – Executive Vice President of NM Bankers Association John Anderson

From time to time during the COVID-19 public health emergency, we will be sending video messages from community leaders that provide Albuquerque-area businesses with information, perspectives, and updates about the spread of the virus, mitigation strategies, directives, and resources.

Please take a moment to watch the video below from John Anderson, Executive Vice President of the New Mexico Bankers Association and one of the Chamber’s key community partners. Mr. Anderson discusses what the Bankers Association is doing to support small businesses, particularly in executing the Paycheck Protection Program — a key federal support program for small businesses. This video reflects information available as of Monday, April 13th; this health emergency and the responses to it continue to rapidly evolve.

The Chamber extends our sincere appreciation to Mr. Anderson for taking the time to update us today, and our thanks to all those working hard to support New Mexico’s business community and keep New Mexico’s economy moving forward.
