HOUSE APPROVES MAJOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH BILL, SENDS IT BACK TO SENATE After three hours of debate and an attempted amendment, the House sent Senate Bill 3 back to the Senate for concurrence in amendments on a vote of 44-23.
