LEADING THE PACK: Nusenda Credit Union, Panda Restaurant Group lead list of ‘Top Workplaces 2025’

The Albuquerque Journal released its list for the Top Work Places 2025 on July 13 – and eight Chamber members are on the list!

For the 13th year, the list is based on employee feedback, and winners are chosen through a scientific survey process. The survey asks employees for their feedback on such factors as pay and benefits, direction, leadership, meaningfulness and appreciation. Energage scores companies based on the responses.

For the 2025 winners list, 1,186 organizations were asked to survey their employees, and 76 agreed to do so. Based on the survey feedback, 51 have earned recognition as Top Workplaces in New Mexico.

“Top Workplaces awards are a celebration of good news,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. “They exemplify the significance of a people-first workplace experience, reminding us that employees are the heart of any thriving organization.”

In the large category, Nusenda Credit Union came in at No. 1 and Panda Restaurant Group ranked at No. 3.

In the midsize category, the New Mexico State Land Office ranked No. 3, Bradbury Stamm Construction at No. 5 and the Bernalillo County DA’s Office at No. 15.

In the small category, New Mexico Mutual is at No. 7, Molzen Corbin at No. 24 and REDW Advisors & CPAs at No. 30.

The Chamber congratulates all on a job well done — being a great place to work is integral to the Chamber’s mission, helping drive economic activity and making Albuquerque a great place to live and raise a family.
