On Aug. 23, the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center (IPCC) opened the Indian Pueblo Entrepreneur Complex (IPEC).
IPEC’s Commercial Kitchen will focus on supporting those in New Mexico’s food and agriculture industries.
The kitchen provides a 7,500-square-foot workspace featuring cold storage and transportation, a test kitchen, high-volume fresh produce processing and production areas, and general business services for both Native and local entrepreneurs.

Complex,” said IPCC President and CEO Michael Canfield. “This complex will support – through facilities and services – the vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem that exists locally, especially amongst our Pueblo people. We have built a cultural and business corridor on this campus, and we’re anxious to extend these opportunities to the next generation of entrepreneurs and small business owners.
