COVID-19 Video Update #6

From time to time during the COVID-19 public health emergency, we will be sending video messages from community leaders that provide Albuquerque-area businesses with information, perspectives, and updates about the spread of the virus, mitigation strategies, directives, and resources.

Please take a moment to watch the video below from Lovelace Biomedical’s Dr. Robert Rubin on the reasons we should be wearing masks in public, our understanding of how this coronavirus works, and what to expect from the medical research community in the months ahead. This video reflects information available as of the morning of Wednesday, April 8th; this health emergency and the responses to it continue to rapidly evolve.

The Chamber extends our sincere appreciation to Dr. Rubin for taking the time to update us today, and our thanks to all those in the medical community working to protect and care for our citizens.
