Chamber’s Second Annual TAPINTOABQ at the Rail Yards!

More than 200 people joined the Chamber last week at the second annual TAPINTOABQ event at the Downtown Albuquerque Rail Yards to sample offerings from breweries and restaurants across the city and see for themselves one of the key targets of the City and the Chamber’s downtown revitalization efforts.

“I hope you share my optimism and excitement about the future of the Rail Yards, and I urge you to join our city leaders, the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce, and so many other partners in supporting the renewal of this iconic space,” said Chamber Downtown Transformation BIG Chair and New Mexico Mutual President and CEO Norm Becker, who served as master of ceremonies for the evening. “Our downtown is also our historical and cultural heartbeat.”

In between lively conversations and live music, those in attendance heard from local eateries Savory Fare Café, Pueblo Harvest Café, High Point Grill, Slow Roasted Bocadillos, Il Vicino, and Rude Boy Cookies about their specially prepared menu of pairings with drinks from the Marble Brewery, Le Cumbre Brewing Company, and Canteen Brewhouse.
